ST. LOUIS - As the clock strikes midnight and 2025 has officially rung in, many may want to celebrate the new year with a bang and shoot off fireworks. Still, this may be an issue based on the firework regulations throughout the St. Louis region.

In the state of Missouri, large fireworks displays will typically require a permit obtained from the Division of Fire Safety.
