ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - Eastbound Interstate 270 is back open after a crash shut down the highway at West Florissant overnight Monday morning.
The highway was shut down after a driver appeared to have crashed into a concrete barrier on the highway and then was hit by another vehicle.
At least one ambulance was on the scene of the crash. FOX 2 is working to learn more about the possible injuries of anyone involved.
