4 Hands Brewing, Peacemaker to open restaurant at Lambert Airport

ST. LOUIS - St. Louis Lambert International Airport will introduce a new restaurant from 4 Hands Brewery Co. and Peacemaker to one of its terminals in 2025.

The new outpost restaurant from the brewery and seafood company is set to open in the Southwest terminal by late Jan. 2025 and will seat around 80 people.

The airport location is set to feature menu items from Peacemaker, including the lobster roll, frisco burger, hush puppies and more, as well as offer drinks from 4 Hands Brewery Co.

The new restaurant will also offer a brand new breakfast menu, which will be exclusively offered at the airport location. The breakfast menu will include a fried egg sandwich, french toast, and more.

The new airport location will be open seven days a week, from 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. each day. The new restaurant continues the partnership between 4 Hands Brewing Co. and Peacemaker, as the two companies collaborated to open a restaurant in Kirkwood back in June.
