Snow blanketed the Four State listening area Thursday evening into Friday morning.
While nearly all of the area was in a Winter Weather Advisory, there was a Winter Storm Warning along and south of I-44 where the heaviest snowfall accumulated.
Travel is being impacted throughout the area with total coverage on the roadways.
The Joplin, Carthage, Webb City and Carl Junction area received 4 to 6 inches, while Neosho saw 5 to 7 inches of snowfall.
Pittsburg saw 3 to 5 inches, the total snowfall dissipated the further north.
The Joplin area could see an additional 2 to 3 inches through the day on Friday, while Northwest Arkansas, which caught the brunt of the snowfall, could see an additional 3-5 inches today.
