MSHP investigating pedestrian struck, killed along Manchester Road
The Missouri State Highway Patrol has taken over an investigation of a pedestrian that was struck and killed in St. Louis County Monday evening.
ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol has taken over an investigation of a pedestrian that was struck and killed in St. Louis County Monday evening.
According to officials, the accident took place near Manchester and North Sappington Roads just before 7:15 p.m.
Kirkwood police officers were the first to arrive at the scene, although the accident occurred in the Glendale jurisdiction.
The police have now asked the Missouri State Highway Patrol to take over the investigation.
No further details have been released yet.
