An accident that left a southwest Missouri man in serious condition is being attributed to ice.
The accident took place Highway NN, about 2 1/2 miles south of Liberal in Barton County about 10:50 Sunday night.
A Ford F-150 driven by a 57-year-old Liberal resident struck ice on the roadway.
The truck then traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck a driveway and overturned.
The driver was seriously injured.
He was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Pittsburg.
