Still waiting for mail after St. Louis' snowstorms? Here's what USPS says

ST. LOUIS - Ten days since a strong winter storm slammed the St. Louis region, and five days since a second round of snow, some customers tell FOX 2 that they haven't received any mail deliveries.
Multiple viewers, including some from St. Louis City and St. Charles County, have told FOX 2 this week they haven't received any mail since the first snowstorm of the new year on January 5, nearly a week after FOX 2's initial report of snow-delayed mail around the region.
Additionally, according to a St. Louis Reddit community post, some viewers reported waiting as long as six days after the Jan. 5 snowstorm to get any mail delivered to their homes in St. Louis County.
FOX 2 reached out to a Missouri communications specialist on behalf of the United States Postal Service to inquire about the possibility of setbacks due to winter weather.
In response, USPS shared the following statement:
"The safety of our employees is our top priority and we’re making every effort to deliver as much mail as safely as possible. The snow and ice continue to make deliveries difficult. Delivery service may be delayed or curtailed when street or walkways present hazardous conditions. Any mail that has been curtailed is attempted the next delivery day. We urge customers with delivery issues in the St. Louis area to contact usps.com."
USPS did not immediately provide information on where there may be mail delays in the St. Louis region and how much longer mail service for affected areas could be delayed. However, some snow- and ice-covered roads still persist around the City of St. Louis more than a week after the largest impacts.
Meanwhile, FOX 2 has reported of various setbacks with mail deliveries in the St. Louis region since last year, exploring various staffing shortages, holiday-season delays, and misdirected packages.
