According to a probable cause statement for the first case, on Nov. 5, 2024, Aurora-Marionville Police was notified by the Missouri Children's Division that a 13-year-old girl reported she was raped by 20-year-old Dagon Wallace.
The victim stated she met Wallace on Facebook and ran away from home one night to Wallace's residence. She said she partook in drugs and alcohol. She claims that Wallace subjected her to nonconsensual intercourse while she was incapacitated.
During the investigation, police found messages, explicit photos and videos of Wallace in the victim's phone. Wallace allegedly deleted them on his phone.
According to a probable cause statement for the second case, during the investigation of the first case, police found evidence that Wallace allegedly had sex with a 12-year-old girl in Aurora on June 29, 2023.
Investigators found messages involving a 12-year-old girl who lied to Wallace and said she was 17 years old. On June 29, Dagon snuck into the victim's bedroom through the window and allegedly had sex. The victim's mother said her daughter lied to her about Wallace's identity and age.
During intercourse, Wallace also allegedly video-recorded the act.
