Miramor, born to parents Felicia and Jacquez Narvaez of north St. Louis county, was born at 12:27 a.m.
Miramor is the youngest of eight children, including a 5-year-old sister, Marleen, who was also a New Year's Day baby. Felicia is a teacher at the Urban League of St. Louis and has been married to Jacquez for five years.
